Jayson Dumenigo played the part of a tourist in order to pull off the perfect proposal for his girlfriend Julia Hellig. The two were visiting Julia's family in St. Louis when Jayson convinced her that he was dying to see the city from the top of the St. Louis Arch.

Once they were there, Jayson reached into his pocket for a camera, but pulled out a ring instead. They married at a carnival-theme wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo.
